The GlobalNet Accreditation & Recognition Platform (GOB), as a public trust, will support, while maintaining independence, and help accreditation bodies to implement and establish best practices based current ISO/IEC 17011 and other consumer relevant internationally recognized and generally accepted (IRGA) benchmarks. We require that the accreditation entity signs and bears the Charter - Purpose of the GOB. This requires that your third-party activities of accrediting certification bodies are for the purpose to protect communities and consumers. Once a signature and bearer of the GOB, the GOB will maintain vigilance and monitor the work of the accreditation body to continue its endorsement. We reiterate, as a Public Trust, that the GOB resources derive from donations, grants and bequests.
Recognition by the GOB will utterly demonstrate credibility and confidence of your entity’s accreditation services, as we abide to anti-corruption, anti-fraud and antitrust laws. This credibility and confidence derives not from affiliation or memberships but by public trust based governmental tripartite authority. To this effect the GOB is not for everyone, yet it does convey a true consumer-centric message.
Reiterating, as a Public Trust we provide accreditation and recognition programs, through demonstration of competence, impartiality and objectiveness within the free-market in adherence to anti-fraud, anti-corruption and antitrust laws.
