As a U.S.A. based public trust privacy and confidentiality is a freedom that signatories, bearers and their respective clients and members decide. We do not impose or participate in programs invoking disclosure of information whether social media and likewise. Equally we do not engage in programs to lobby, influence or participate within trade. Our legitimacy resides within governmental tripartite authority to a dignify purpose in the well-being interest of communities and consumers. These are rigorous parameters through internationally recognized and generally accepted (IRGA) benchmarks promoting legitimate interests in matters of health, safety, security and quality through and within the working environments of signatories and bearers and their member-clients; whether specific industry sector, TQM, ISO, national or industry sectors awards and alike. In this manner the applicability of third-party independent and impartial IRGA benchmarks is provided by a public trust accreditation and recognition. In this way protection of free-market consumers is truly value based exercising true freedom of choices. Signatory based third-party providers, whether services or products, freely make accreditation integral part of consumers well-being within the available choices in the free-market. And in this way is valid across sovereign nations, and not by special interests. While commerce agreement between nations has existed for centuries, as a reminder, the business of inspection, validation and certification with accreditation has been as recent in the last decade of the 20th century. The freedom to agreements between parties is and ought to remain free. The GOB adheres to U.S. Federal Trade Commission (ftc.gov) guidelines including anti-fraud, anti-corruption and antitrust laws.

Reiterating Privacy

The essence of privacy includes that all data collection is to remain private and confidential or appropriately and adequately destroyed. To this effect we do not disclose information whether by invitation or likewise, as this is integral commitment to signatories and bearers and their clients. As a U.S.A. based public trust we do no publish the data and information of signatories and bearers or their own clients.

No data or information goes to the public, and much less propagation through social media, awareness or promotional campaigns.

We are a United States of America based accreditation - recognition Platform chartered organization based public trust; as a public-trust contributions are tax deductible. No distribution of money to individuals or scheme for their own benefits - as we are not a mere not-for-profit foundation. The work and resources are dedicated to promote, encourage the Charter, legally binding primary and secondary purpose. Primary; is to protect communities and consumers; Secondary - to promote, encourage and participate in product and service initiatives from America.
