The GOB is a PUBLIC BENEFIT Foundation, a Public Trust for charity. The primary purpose is for the contribution to the protection of communities and consumers. Under the legally binding charter to the protection of communities and consumers, the GOB provides accreditation and recognition for legal entities to conduct certification, inspection, training, certification of persons, certification of brands, product attestation and similar activities. The GOB Platform operates within the meaning of Section 501 (c) (3) with directives of the Department of the Treasury IRS Code with specific denomination as public trust.  

oneapart-eggAs a Public Trust, a legally binding Charter is inherent, and to this effect the GOB is inherently impartial in operating within the free market; we operate free from bias influence. We adhere to anti-corruption, anti-fraud and antitrust laws, we are one of a kind.

Accreditation programs operates voluntarily for entities, organizations, institution and bodies that are free from imposing a forceful mandate. Accreditation is recognized worldwide as a means to objectively demonstrate competence in carrying out activities to attest conformity, testing and inspection, et al an endorsement. Through the GOB it is at the highest possible level to protect consumers. Through the GOB, accreditation or recognition is truly earned, based on its resource and structure.

To this effect the following summarizes information and the authority granted to the GOB:

    The Mandate to carryout activities namely Regulatory Affair Practices (RAP) encompassing accreditation and recognition within the jurisdictions of the US Federal Government through the State Government of California (501 c 3), Secretary of State as registered with the Attorney General - Department of Justice as a Legal Entity. This jurisdiction extend worldwide through our Global Delegates.

    The Organization Structure was approved by constitution as a not-for-profit charitable legal entity on September 29 of 2008 later advancing to current Public Foundation status. a Public Trust entity,

    To this effect, the GOB is an authoritative body to collaborate with government and complementary regulatory activities to protect communities and consumers, and we cite specifically as witnessed whereof by the Secretary of State “to provide conformity assessment certification, inspection, and training venues - services”  

    Whereof the GOB is recognized and authorized by the Governments of the State of California and the USA Federal Government to carryout donations, fundraising, receive grants and grant, and to provide accreditation and recognition to legal entities signed 25 September 2008 and into effect 29 September 2008 by the Secretary of State leading onto supervision from the Department of Justice as the Department of the Treasury determined. Further, the GOB carries humanitarian projects as decided by the Board of Directors.

2018 | The GOB | GCC (GOB) Accreditation-Recognition Platform, a U.S. based chartered legal Public Trust (not a Foundation, bylaws) with authority to grant accreditation, and contributions are tax deductible as referenced by 501 (c)(3) with directives from the Federal Internal Revenue Code.

We are a U.S. based accreditation - recognition Platform chartered organization based public trust; as a public-trust contributions are tax deductible. No distribution of money to individuals for their own benefits - we are not a mere not-for-profit foundation. The work and resources are dedicated to promote, encourage the Charter, legally binding primary and secondary purpose. Primary; is to protect communities and consumers; Secondary - to promote, encourage and participate in product and service initiatives from America.
