Structure of the GOB GCC

As a chartered nonprofit legal entity we carry authoritative rights, privileges, and responsibilities beyond those of an individual corporation, a Public Charity with a structure that adheres to the law as determined by the Attorney General - Department of Justice and the US Department of the Treasury as empowered by Government. GOB GCC Structure

The GOB Governance for Accreditation - Recognition encompass a platform of a global network of delegates under the direction of the Board of Directors which includes policies in collaboration through a global team that centralizes governance in the USA. As a truly nonprofit authoritative legal entity, a Public Trust, the GOB is not tied to the pressure of revenues and earnings, but a legal entity free to take a long-term perspective and with a higher purpose on issues that relate to the Regulatory Affair Practices (RAP) and the Charter. And because of our structure and Charter, decisions are transparent, except those that require the attention of national security programs.

We believe that leadership is not about bigger numbers but about carrying the Charter with integrity The GOB leadership is about helping in the challenges that organizations, governments, individuals and entities face in this global free-market economy and we strive to exceed expectations with a noble and higher purpose with fundaments on the Charter.
